Interactive Tutorials

Interactive flash tutorials allow an experience unknown elsewhere. Some of the benefits to interactive flash tutorials are

  1. Everything can be navigated from one page. No more having to click on multiple different tutorials
  2. Easier display. Don’t worry about having to list all of your tutorials. Just list the set (e.g. cPanel X) and then your clients can just click there
  3. Allow your clients to go where they want to go. Suggestions will be asked within some tutorials. So if a tutorial is for creating an account in WHM 11 and your customer needs to use a package, they will be asked if they have one or would like to view a tutorial on how to make one.
  4. Allow customers to go at their own pace. They will be prompted with questions such as “Are you ready to continue?” and “Would you like to repeat the last scene?”

Interactive tutorials solve the primary problem with flash tutorials. Some people prefer text tutorials because it allows them to go at their own pace. But with our tutorials your customer will get to go at their own pace, AND, be directed to other tutorials that they may need at that same moment. The new tutorial will even open in another window so they don’t have to stop watching their current tutorial. Never again will you have to search for a link to one of your tutorials for your clients. Just give them the link to a tutorial set and they can view all of them from there.
